How long does custom jewelry take to create?Typically, your custom piece will be in your hands 2-4 weeks after we've finalized your design. However, because each project is different, the time it takes to complete your project may vary.

Do you provide gift or jewelry boxes?Depending on the piece, we pack all of our pieces in jewelry boxes. We can provide a gift box upon request.

What forms of payment do you accept?GreenRock Gifts accepts payment by credit card and PayPal.
